Society Of Self-esteem encourages individuals to be more physically active. However, before embarking on any exercise programme or modifying your current exercise programme, please ensure that you have checked with your GP/Physician or Physiotherapist that it is suitable for you to do so. It is the reader’s responsibility to get the advice of a Physiotherapist or qualified Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer with regards to exercise.
As stated previously the dietary information on this blog is aimed at the general public; specifically to people who are trying to manage a healthy weight. For individual advice on specialist diets, please request a referral to see a Dietitian from your GP/Physician.
