Exercise – one of the most underused anti-depressants…..

I saw this posted on Facebook recently and it reminded me of another photo doing the rounds a while ago – you know the kind; a picture with a caption along the lines of ‘exercise; most underused anti-depressant etc etc.’ 

My brief thoughts on this subject: exercise as an anti-depressant; side effects include supple joints, stronger muscles, better sleep, control of weight, clearer skin, brighter hair…. Need I say more?
