Commenting on this website:
If you comment on a page on this website then your name and email address are collected by WordPress and an email alert is sent to me (Louise Tanner-Stokes). I may respond to your comment on this website, but I will not save, use or share your information – in fact once I have responded to your comment I will delete the email I have received.
Contacting me via this website:
If you contact me via my contact page or via the widget at the side of any of my website pages then an email is sent to me with your name, email address and whatever subject/message you have sent to me. This information sits in my gmail inbox, which I believe to be a secure account. I will respond to your message as appropriate by replying directly to the email address you provide, regarding your query and this may include follow-up emails. However I will do nothing else with that information; it will not be saved or shared anywhere else.
Signing up to my freebies/mailing list:
If you sign up to my mailing list or to receive any of my free content, you will be required to enter your name and email address and give consent to receive emails from me in order to gain access to this content. This information is stored in Mailerlite which I believe to be a secure account. By providing this information you agree to be emailed by me with the free content as well as several follow-up emails. You will also receive regular emails (roughly one or two per week) with information on my services, tips and support. I do not use or share your name and email address for any other purpose. Anyone signing up for my free content/mailing list can opt-out of further emails at any point by clicking on ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any of the emails they have received.
1-2-1 clients:
When you work with me on a 1-2-1 basis, sensitive information may be collected such as date of birth, medical conditions and medication etc. This information will be recorded on your paper file and kept in a locked cabinet. This information will not be shared with anyone else and will only be used to inform the advice and support provided to you by myself. Summaries of our discussions in your appointments including your action plan following the appointment will be recorded in Trello which I believe to be a secure account. The Trello board account will not be shared with anyone else. This will be discussed during your initial assessment and you may opt out of this part of the service at any time by letting me know via email.
