- In a 60min 1-2-1 call, we’ll explore what you’re struggling with now.
- You will get clear on your goals & how to get there.
- I will explain how you can make it easier for yourself
- You will come away with a clear, simple action plan on exactly what you need to do to lose weight (recorded in Trello)
- We’ll have a 15min follow-up a week later for that all important accountability & to explore any issues so the action plan can be tweaked if needed.
